high Heels & Waacking – Dance Classes in Brussels

UNLEASH YOUR DANCE POTENTIAL

Heels & Waacking Lab is a research-based dance platform in Brussels exploring High Heels and Waacking as distinct practices that come together through technique, choreography and improvisation.

These dance classes in Brussels are open level (beginner–intermediate) and focus on musicality, emotional expression and embodied presence.

The main aspects of these classes are

- learning the basic technique of Waacking and High Heels
- working with choreography through different states and movement qualities
- practicing improvisation and the connection between the two styles
- exploring musicality, emotional expression and sensual awareness in movement

Classes are held every Saturday from February 28th to April 4th, from 15:30 to 17:30. You can join the entire six-lesson course or just one class.

Dance artist, choreographer & teacher with over 14 years of teaching experience. Her practice is shaped through High Heels, Waacking and Contemporary, informed by international training with Pedro Reis, Panda Waack, Malou Linders, Mizuki Jane Flamingo, Fraules and others. She is excited to share her experience and invites you to explore the lab together.
